Deborah WIngard

Deborah Wingard comes seasoned with numerous years of experience and expertise in both business and real estate. She graduated top of her class in 1983 from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Business Administration. For over 30+ years she has worked as a top producing agent specializing in the luxury home market in Charleston and surrounding areas. She has been awarded the Realtors of Distinction Award multiple years as a top 2%  in sales producer in the  Charleston market.  For more than 20 years, she served as a managing member and broker-in-charge of a residential construction and real estate firm.

She is heavily involved in the local community and has been awarded numerous accolades including Woman of the Year and the Association of Realtors award for ethics and realtor representation. She has served as youth minister of her community church and raised funds for various charitable foundations throughout the community. Her passion is working with buyers and helping them find their ‘dream home’ or working with them to build it. Living in Charleston herself, Deborah offers a unique perspective and level of availability rarely seen.

Elyssa St. Pierre

Elyssa St.Pierre graduated with Honors from Savannah College of Art and Design, with a Bachelor’s degree in Design. Elyssa was a sales manager and top sales producer for 3 years before joining our Team in 2017. Having grown up in the family Construction and Real estate business, along with her exceptional sales, design and management skills, she brings a wealth of knowledge and talent to the sales team. Elyssa is in the top 2% of Charleston Agents, and received the Realtor of Distinction Award given to recognize the top ethical, educated, and top producing agents. Elyssa has helped buyers and sellers all over Charleston exceed their real estate goals. She also sells for the new construction custom home builder Southeastern Family Homes and is their in-house designer. Elyssa loves using her design expertise to create stunning spec homes and also works alongside buyers on custom builds to bring their vision into reality. Elyssa has served her church community by serving on their Evangelistic team. She is passionate about helping customers find or create their dream home. Katlyn Gates

Katlyn has been with Southeastern since December of 2016. Prior to joining Southeastern, Katlyn worked for another local Real Estate Office and interned at three of the top companies in the hospitality industry in Augusta, Georgia. Katlyn is a graduate of Augusta University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing as well as a minor in Hospitality Administration and Event Tourism. Katlyn has a passion for real estate, growing up in Columbia County in a family of Realtors. Katlyn serves on the Women and Business Committee for the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Workforce and Education Committee for the Columbia Country Chamber. She is also a graduate of Columbia County’s Women on the Way Class of 2018.

Jonathan Inabinet

Born in Charleston, SC, Jonathan is truly a “Charleston” Realtor® known for delivering a refined, client-focused experience to luxury buyers and sellers since 2017. When Jonathan is not working, he can be found spending time with his wife, 2 daughters, his son, and their family Cavapoo and man’s best friend, Archie.  Jonathan serves at his local church and in his local community, and he enjoys watching, playing, and coaching sports. Outside of life’s busyness, he also enjoys traveling domestically and abroad with his family.
